When Michelle wrote this song, she was thinking of all the people who have crossed into her life and been lost to addiction...old friends, young friends, people she has loved and lost. Alcohol, Oxycontin, crystal meth, heroin...addiction fueled by self- hatred, self-doubt and fear. If you're thinking of trying any of these drugs, DON'T.
